Ustad Alladiya Khansaheb's Bandishes (Final Session)
In the last session on Ustad Alladiya Khansaheb's compositions we were honored to host Shri. Sanjay Dixit who has had the privilege of studying under various eminent musicians of the Jaipur Atrauli Gharana. Sanjay ji will shared insights on Khansaheb's Gaayaki in an engaging conversation with senior musicologist Dr. Chaitanya Kunte. Our founder Dr. Radhika Joshi (disciple of Pt. Raghunandan Panshikar) presented a few rare Bandishes composed by Ustad Alladiya Khansaheb.

In the third series of Bandishes composed by Ustad Alladiya Khansaheb, we were honored to have senior vocalist Smt Lata Godse (disciple of Pt. Nivruttibua Sarnaik) and Smt. Madhuvanti Deo (disciple of Pt. Madhusudan Kanetkar). They were accompanied by Parth Tarabadkar on the Tabla and Saumitra Kshirsagar on the Harmonium. Dr. Chaitanya Kunte shared valuable insights into Khansaheb's musical thoughts and principles of Alladiya Khansaheb.
